Matt Langley and Brian Turner first met at the Caselberg New Line Event in 2010, in which the work of selected paired poets and jewelers was showcased. Continuing a Caselberg theme of collaboration, but independently of the Casleberg Trust, Brian subsequently gave Matt a group of poems for Matt to turn into songs. This was the first public ‘outing’ of this remarkable work which was warmly received and appreciated by the capacity audience.
