In March and November, 2009 Michael Harlow gave two superb Poetry Writing Workshops, as part of the Caselberg in the Community Programme. Working in the Art Workshop studio, Michael created a wonderfully fertile place of learning for us all. He taught us, amongst the many things that related to technique, about the importance of keeping our words surprising, to listen to the musicality in our writing and to trust the subconscious. Inspiring stuff! These were two very special days, and the Trust is grateful to Michael for his wonderful generosity of spirit.
